## What to include

Three things make the first reply useful instead of a round of questions:

1. **What needs doing.** For example a distribution board replacement, a fault, a new installation, cameras, keyless entry or work on a facade.
2. **Where the property is.** The address or the part of the city, and whether it is a flat, a house, a holiday rental, a bar or restaurant, an office or a building in the Old Town.
3. **A photo, if you have one.** A picture of the board, the fault or the place of work makes the quote quicker to prepare. The form takes no attachments: after you send it you get a WhatsApp link that carries your reference, so the photos land in the right conversation.

## What happens next

We read every request in working hours and reply on the same working day for messages received before 16:00. You get a written quote after a description of the job or, for larger work, after a site visit arranged by message or phone. The quote lists labour and materials; payment terms are stated on the quote.

3. You get a written quote that lists labour and materials, and you decide in your own time.
