In short: this website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. We receive personal data only when you get in touch with us, through the quote form, by phone, on WhatsApp or by email, and we use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for. This policy was last changed on 6 November 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Electro Access, Između dolaca 13, Nova Mokošica, 20236 Dubrovnik (Mokošica), Croatia. For any question or request about your data, write to elektroaccess8@gmail.com or call +385 95 506 8145.
What we receive and why
When you send the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number and email address, where the property is and what kind of property it is, the services you are interested in, how urgent the job is, your description, how you would like us to reply and your preferred language. We use it to answer you, prepare a quote and, if you accept it, carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
With the form we also receive the page you sent it from and, where available, how you reached the site: the referring website, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), an advertising click identifier and whether you arrived from an AI assistant. While you browse, these details stay in your browser’s session storage, and they reach us only if you submit the form. We use them to understand which channels bring enquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you call, message us on WhatsApp or write an email, we receive what you send: your name, your number or address, your message and any photos. We use it in the same way as a form enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the form free of spam, it contains hidden fields that people never see and, where it is switched on, Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses how the form is used. reCAPTCHA loads only once you start filling in the form, never when you only open a page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you open any page, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser, for security and to keep the site running (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Invoices and records of finished work are kept as Croatian tax and accounting law requires (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and none are set when you open a page. Two things are kept in your browser’s session storage and deleted when you close the tab: the campaign details described above and, after you send the form, your reference number and your name, so that the thank-you page can show them. Where reCAPTCHA is switched on, it may set a cookie of Google’s own once you start filling in the quote form, to tell people from automated traffic. Fonts are served from this site, so opening a page sends nothing to a font service. Where a page offers a map, Google Maps loads only after you click to show it, and Google may then set its own cookies. If analytics are ever added, they will load only after you accept them in a cookie notice, and this policy will be updated first.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the quote form on its servers (Cloudflare Pages and Pages Functions), processing technical data such as IP addresses.
- Mailgun (Sinch) delivers the emails the form sends, using its EU region.
- Google provides our email inbox and, where it is switched on, reCAPTCHA.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you choose to send us there.
- An accounting service receives the details needed for invoices.
We do not sell personal data or pass it on for advertising. Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Details connected with work we carried out, and the invoices for it, are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict a use of it, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format. Write to elektroaccess8@gmail.com; we reply within one month at the latest.
Complaints
If you believe your data is not handled lawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, or to the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
